Heh. This works quite well with defying destiny! Here are authors who have
decided against following the string of destiny and working and splitting it up to
provide a new end destination. ^___^ No, not all the time do Seiya and Usagi
end up together, in fact, I think most of the time they don't; but, these are the tales
of attempts of changing the destiny -- Crystal Tokyo, Chibi-Usa... and so much more.

Sailor Stars Awakening: Chaos Theory -- get ready to read a story that will blow you away. This has to be my all-time fav Sailor Moon fanfiction. One of the best fan works I've ever read. The plot is well planned and it took her a long time to decide how she wanted everything (it was such a painful wait! ;_; ). It takes place one month -- Earth time -- after the end of the Star season. Usagi seems to be having some troubles... with what, no one really knows. The Starlights are permitted back to visit Earth, adding incredible scenes in here. As the story progresses, it seems that there's some disagreements and misunderstandings between Usagi and Mamoru -- but is it their fault? Or something else's? There's a new evil just on the brink of awakening and Mamoru and the Lights are the only ones who can transform. What's going on? The ending is amazing and left me gaping for a few minutes ;;^^ There's some very emotional parts here, too, that almost made me cry. A long story, but if you ever must read a fanfiction this is the one that you just must. [Completed! WAI!] After-series, could actually be in timeline. Possible sequel may be coming to this (don't be waiting too hopefuly though, she's a very busy person). Lots of emotion. Good descriptions.

You'll Be In My Heart - A shorter story focused mostly on Setsuna/Pluto, and a bit with her protective feelings towards Hotaru. It's a songfic to Phil Collin's "You'll Be In My Heart" and the setting is noted in the beginning AN's. ^__~ [one shot, finished] Songfic. No other warnings.
Untitled Series - A story I came up with after rewatching some Stars episodes. Full summery on series main page - follow link. [ongoing] After series, alternate timeline. Old faces (not *too old*). Starlights play MAJOR role in this... A new senshi from Kinmoku-sei. Um... probably angst-y or semi-dark later.Chapters 1-5 are up!
Deciding - A short story I wrote in the midst of "Not What It Seems" (another Seiya&Usagi story that won't be posted for a while...). This is really too short for my liking and just... odd. Lots of Japanese used (but there is a guide at the end). [completed] Ooc I'm sure. After-series.
Light of Hope - This isn't really S&U material but it is set in the last episode of the Star season. Very short, but I rather liked the description... not my typical style, I was experimenting. [completed] in-series
The Ending Truth - okay, I've been told this is my most confusing story. ;;^^ This is the only SM story completed that I actually like a lot, though. Why it's confusing is because there's switching of first person POVs throughout the 8-pg span of the story. And I don't let you know who's who. ;;U_U It goes in this order, if I remember correctly: Rei, Usagi, Seiya, Hotaru, Ami, Sailor Cosmos. That ought to be all... hopefully it is. This is a short 'what if...' story giving one scenario that might have happened had they all known that Mamoru was dead. Only in Seiya's POV is there reference of the S&U relationship. [completed] Probably a bit ooc. In-series, alternate timeline. POV. Some angst.
A Destiny Unchosen - @_@ I was bored and this came out. It's angsty, I guess, but also a bit sap-angst. I'm not sure what to make of this... [completed] after series. alternate timeline. Sap-angst.
Hardest Thing: To Say Goodbye - It is a songfic! It was the only scenario that I could put 98degrees' song to. The 'she' is changed to 'he' since I'm directing the song to be more focusing on Usagi. Rather short, but not too bad. [completed] Alternate ending to series. bit of angst.
Untitled- Redone Star Ep - no title... I haven't come up with one yet. Another of my "what if..." stories, alternating the ending to "Seiya and Usagi's Nervous Date!" (took some dialogue from the episode too...) Seiya *does* get his starseed taken but thanks to Usagi and the silver crystal, she is able to put the starseed back where it belongs. But what is Taiki/Maker and Yaten/Healer going to say about this? Usagi and Seiya are parted much earlier in the series before everyone finds out who is who. [on-going] Alternate timeline but in series. Some angst. Slight oocness probably.
Starlight Xmas - Actually it's untitled. It's a Christmas story that I began *last November* ::sweatdrop:: that puts the Senshi and friends into a xmas party situation. Takes place after all the senshi are found out. Some often-not-seen characters including Yuuichirou, Shinozaki, and Urawa Ryo show up! And what's the vision Urawa sees? Yep. My second attempt as showing what might have happened had it been revealed earlier that Mamoru was dead. [on-going] Definately there's oocness going on (Taiki woudl not give in that easily!). In series but alternate timeline. Angst will definately show up eventually.
Untitled- Seiya's bday Gift - despite the "Seiya's bday gift" -- which makes it sound like it's going to be a fic on Seiya's birthday -- that hasn't anything to deal with the storyline. ;;^^ I had planned to write a new, or finish an old, S&U fanfiction by the time Seiya's birthday came around on July 30th. I missed it by a few days but did meet up to my challenge. This is a brief story that I have been told should be continued. So it will be, someday. ;;^^ Set after the episode Seiya gets wounded by protecting Eternal Sailor Moon, this mostly focuses on Seiya. Finally my current writing style shows up! [stand-alone, or tbc] in-series, and actually can fit into the timeline. Semi-angst, semi-dark (I think...). Not any oocness that I've spotted.
FM, BH, R, & W - Translation: "First Meetings, Broken Hearts, Roses, and War". Click on the link to find out more. [on-going series] Totally messing with the timeline of the whole SM serie, not just he star season. A new look on things while attempting to remain in-character. =) the story that I am proud of to be writing, but always sigh at thinking how long it's going to take to write...

What if the Sailor Starlights Appeared in the R Season? - A great "What If...?" story! Well done in my opinion. Sora has done a wonderful re-telling of the SMR season thus far. Talk about confusion for the characters! Wherever the Starlights are, there's sure to be Galaxia, ne? So, how are the senshi supposed to cope with all these enemies coming in? The Dark Moon family and Galaxia? Hmm... and there's two new, shadowed senshi hanging off to the side... [ongoing] 4 Acts completed. Fairly in character. Alternate timeline most definately ^_^
Sailor Moon Sailor Stars: Destiny Anymore? - [completed] 12 parts. Prequel to "Sailor Stars: Day of Destiny Continues", uses all English names (she even came up with some English names for the Three Lights). Yes it is often times ooc but still a very good story! After-series, alternate timeline. Original characters included. Watch out for confusion... it's written to make you think a bit about what's going on.
Sailor Stars: Day of Destiny Continues - [completed] 11 parts. Sequel to above story. Again, all English names. Still some oocness but well-done, still. (I think I rather like Yaten acting this way LOL it's comical ^__^). After-series, alternate timeline. Original characters included.
